We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with GuideMineApp for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email us at GuideMineApp@gmail.com with your order details and we will assist.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal (linked in your purchase receipt) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current billing period are handled under the 30-day guarantee above.
