We provide tools to research high-demand digital product topics, generate PDF guide ideas with AI assistance, save those ideas, and access an accompanying training course. Features and content may change over time.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, malware, or content designed to deceive or harm. We may moderate, filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the guides you create. You grant Ronald Harris a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Our Intellectual Property

Ronald Harris retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, the GuideMineApp name, logo, branding, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your purchased plan. No rights are granted other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for your purchase are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pricing, plans, and any recurring charges are displayed at checkout. Refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronald Harris disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronald Harris's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
